What COVID-19 safety protocols do you have in place?

We are following all state guidelines and regulations. We monitor these and industry recommendations closely so you and your guests can feel comfortable, relaxed and safe while you’re here. Please ask for an overview of current practices.

Where do I park?

We are within easy walking distance of the Hawthorne Municipal Ramp, the Hennepin @ 10th/FAIR School Ramp, LaSalle Plaza Parking Garage, and LaSalle @ 10th Ramp.

Can you secure pre-paid parking for my event?

Yes! We maintain relationships with many of the downtown parking ramps. We can coordinate pre-paid, stress-free downtown parking for you and your guests. Valet parking is also available upon request.

Do you offer catering services?

Yes! Our approved caterers include Chowgirls, Crave, The Food Gallery and Surdyk’s. Contact us and we will help facilitate the process.

Do you offer bar and beverage services?

Are there hotels nearby?

We are two blocks from the Hampton Inn & Suites Minneapolis/Downtown. Most other downtown hotels are within walking distance and available by skyway. We can even handle the booking and bill you directly.

Can I rent more than one space at a time?

Absolutely! Our spaces can be combined in countless ways, offering flexibility and an amazing experience for you and your guests.

What furniture is included in my rental?

We have a wide variety of tables and chairs available. In house furniture is always included in the rental fee. Ask us for specifics!

What audio/visual is included in my rental?

A basic audio/visual package is included in the rental price for each of our spaces. The packages vary from room to room but typically include overhead music and a microphone. Details can be found on the individual space pages.

We also offer custom upgraded packages for those events requiring a more professional set up. Ask us for details!

Other than caterers, can I bring in any vendors I would like?

Yes! We’re always happy to work with new partners.

Where is the venue located?

The Hennepin is located on the corner of Hennepin Avenue and 9th Street in the heart of the Hennepin Theatre District in Downtown Minneapolis.
